I have an IT company which is based in US with Indian back end providing 40 developers and Web Designers/support folks.

There is a great potential of making this company earn about half million this year. I need to add a commission based Marketing professional to generate and convet existing leads to steady clients.

You must have past experiences on this type of skills.

Commission Only - 10% commission on every successful client conversion.
